What we do with your details.
Short version: we use what you send us to quote your job and to talk to you about it. We don’t sell it, we don’t swap it, and we don’t hand it to anyone outside the business.
What we collect
Only what the quote form asks for: your name, your trading name, your phone number and email address, the kind of job you want, and whatever you write in the job description. Nothing is required beyond a name and one way to reach you.
The form also records the IP address the enquiry came from, for one hour, purely to stop the same source flooding it. It is not linked to your enquiry and it is not kept.
Where it goes
Sign’em Up and Wrapn’em are two business names of the same company, Wrapn'em Group Pty Ltd (ABN 79 701 163 644). Enquiries from this site are stored in that company’s own job system, which is shared between the two, and the owner is notified so they can quote you. That is the only place it goes. It is not passed, sold or rented to anyone else, and it is not used to advertise to you.
Sending the form is the only thing on this site that transmits anything about you. We do not run advertising trackers, and there is no analytics profile built against you.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept while it is live and afterwards as the record of a job we quoted or did — the same reason any trade keeps its paperwork. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will remove it.
Getting a copy, or getting rid of it
Ask us. Email info@signemup.com.au or call 0422 373 840 and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or the lot deleted. No form to fill in.
Changes to this page
If what we do with your details changes, this page changes with it. It describes how the site actually works today, not an intention.
